We provide standard delivery for all orders, which covers the transportation of your purchased items to your designated location. However, please note that our standard delivery service excludes unloading the stock directly into your home. If you require assistance with bringing the stock into your home, additional handling costs will apply. This ensures that our professional team can safely handle and place your flooring materials exactly where you need them.
It's important to note that our standard delivery costs only cover the Sydney urban area. For customers outside this area, additional shipping charges may apply. We strive to offer competitive rates and will provide you with the most accurate shipping cost estimate based on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Ascend Flooring, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to initiate a return or exchange. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to provide a clear process while ensuring fairness to all parties involved.
If you wish to return or exchange flooring materials that are undamaged and with the box unopened, you may be eligible to do so. We kindly ask that you keep the original packaging intact, as this facilitates the return or exchange process. It is important to initiate the return or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
If you choose to return or exchange the items by bringing them directly to our warehouse, no additional fees will be applied. However, if you require our assistance in organizing the return or exchange, transportation fees may apply. Our team will coordinate the logistics to ensure a smooth process.
Please note that if the returned items do not have any quality issues, a restocking fee of 15% of the original cost will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned items.
